Class Description

 

ARMY ABS - Target those abs, lower, middle and sides. Work your way towards the perfect stomach.

 

CIRCUITS - A mix of high and low impact moves with aerobic and resistance exercise, this can include equipment and own body weight exercises.

 

OPEN GYM - Gives all members a chance to get those etc sessions in, you can use anything from the weights rooms,CV Equipment or even set up your own circuit in the studio(members only)

 

MILITARY MUMS - If you struggle to find child care whilst you train then this is the class for you.DVD player and safe area is provided for children under the supervison of mum.

 

BOOTCAMP - Our Bootcamps are designed for MAXIMUM calorie burn in the shortest amount of time. We want to get you fit, get you healthy, challenge your mind, challenge your body, and most importantly MAKE FITNESS FUN! Bootcamp is a combination of strength, cardio, muscle endurance, flexibility, core, and functional movement patterns. You get EVERYTHING you need!

 

 

INDOOR BOOTCAMP - .Weather will never be an issue with us. Rain, shine, snow, whatever……we are ready to workout!  Bootcamp is a combination of strength, cardio, muscle endurance, flexibility, core, and functional movement patterns. MENS MADNESS - An effective class that combines fat burning and muscle strengthening using various equipment to achieve all over results.

 

OUTDOOR TRAINING - A chance to blow the cobwebs away with our all over workouts.
